acts of goodness, trust, humility, self control, anger, sadness, depression, fears, apathy, pride, hate, forgiveness or lack thereof, resentment, jealousy, worthless thoughts, anxiety, worry, happiness, rejection, hurt, insecurities or lack thereof, shame, doubts, distrusts, guilt or lack of guilt, positive attitudes for the future or hopelessness. Well maybe some of these feelings will pop up from time to time, but mostly I will try to document what is transpiring from day to day.
