called Body For Life written by Bill Phillips.</span></font></p>

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">&nbsp;</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:
10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">He has a web site <a href="http://bodyforlife.com/">http://BodyForLife.com</a> and I visited that as
well.</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">I started his program and I lost
about 100 lbs and was getting in the best shape that I had been in for years. A
traumatic and unforeseen bad event happened in my life which knocked me off the
life style and I went back to my life time of poor eating habits and choices. I
regained all the weight I had lost plus even more.</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:
10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">&nbsp;</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:
10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">The premise of the &#8220;Body For
Life Program&#8221; is eating 6 small meals a day and exercise. By small meal I
mean nothing trendy or radical &#8230; just balanced protein, carbohydrates,
and low (not no) fat. My typical starting meal is 3 Tyson baked chicken
tenderloins (no skin) and a baggie full of veggies (maybe carrots, cauliflower,
and broccoli) or a baked potato (with either A1 sauce or so salsa for taste) or
low GI index fruits apples, &#8230; roughly 200 to 300 calories a meal. </span></font></p>

the cells in the brain can not burn or use protein.&nbsp; I also like to snack

guilt-free super good for you snacks! </span></font><font size="3" color="black"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:windowtext">Let's face it... people just love
crunchy salty snacks. The problem is that nearly all the choices out there end
up being bad for your health! And simply trying to suppress that natural
snacking urge is nearly impossible. </span></font></p>

calories burned and consumed results in fat being burned. Carrying this much
weight around is a lot of work and burns a lot of calories. &#8220;Body For
Life&#8221; worked before but I was 8 years younger and not as heavy. I was
then able to exercise 3 days a week and right now that is much too difficult
for me.</span></font></p>

of the hardest things about the program. Drink lots and lots of water. About a
month ago I gave up drinking Diet Pepsi and concentrated on drinking water. It
takes about a month to get used to it, but I now am drinking a minimum of eight
500ml bottles a day. Many days I think I may drink 12 to 16 bottles. This cleanses
your system and eliminates all the bad chemicals that these drinks have in
them.</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:
10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">&nbsp;</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:
10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">After you make it through the 1<sup>st</sup>
month of eating 6 small meals a day, then the program&#8217;s creator recommends
that you create 1 day a week where you can schedule yourself to eat any darn
thing you are craving. I found I waited a little longer to do this because
making this type of adjustment is tough for me.</span></font></p>

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">&nbsp;</span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2" color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-size:
10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">I am writing this to keep a journal
of my progress; I am just hoping I can find the strength not to want to go off
the wagon when I feel stressed which is often playing this damn game of poker.</span></font></p>

a traumatic life style change, which is why I started with the drinking of lots
of water. Now the eating often and small balanced meals, then hopefully some
real cardio and strength training exercise. &nbsp;</span></font></p>

		  	<p><b>RobertKarl</b> ok, so when your latest yo-yo diet fails, because it is essentially a diet that tries to placate hunger by chopping it into small doses that are allegedly easier to handle, you might be ready to try a &#34;diet&#34; where you can eat as much as you want, and if you get hungry, just eat more and lose more.

You will lose two pounds a week. Not extreme, not glamourous, not exciting, but, hey, that&#39;s 104 pounds a year and it stays off because you eat whenever you want.

If you can wrap your fat mind around that (said lovingly by a fellow fat ass) and are ready to stop ignoring hunger, or feeling that you can &#34;control it,&#34; get back to me and I will give you the very short details.

I am not selling anything. I have no connection to this company, other than as a client I have lost over 25 pounds in 3 months, and am confident that I can eat my way to my goal of another 25 pounds in another three months.

People in it that I personally know have lost over 100 pounds, kept it off for a year or more, and enjoy the permanent changes this plan made to their eating habits.

individual that I have ever played with and that includes Mike Matusow and Sam

was playing at the Venecian he had 20 racks of red being dragged around by the
floor people on a table behind him he played 2/5 NL on Table 8 for an hour and
a half were he raised 5X blind nearly every hand, (I love it) ... He kept
telling us that he has $250,000 more behind so gamble it up. </span></font></p>

game where his stick was to move all in for $100 blind every hand and if he won
he would let it ride next hand.&nbsp; I followed him to Table 19 .. I love his
action and I hope to do well and I have a bit of greed in me. &#8220;Lord, Please
forgive me and bless those poor starving kids in third world countries.&#8221; </span></font><font color="black" face="Wingdings"><span style="font-family:Wingdings;color:windowtext">J</span></font><font color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;color:windowtext"> </span></font></p>

cartons filled with </span></font><font color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">Fiji</span></font><font color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;color:windowtext"> water
instead of </span></font><font color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-family:
  Arial;color:windowtext">Corona</span></font><font color="black" face="Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial;color:windowtext">. 12 Bottles of water to 1 person at
once. Did I say he tips well? I believe he left about 3 1/2 racks down in about
2.5 hours ... He said that he would rather give the money to poker players
instead of the casino in the pits... God Bless his way of thinking. He did take
about 8 bottles of water with him when he left. ( Is that $700 a bottle? )</span></font></p>

while back on the 3/5NL Holdem game to $1000 and it has decreased the number of
